The insurer, the insured and the litigation management covenant: we were so loved

The article dwells on the interpretative and implementation implications of the clause found in third party liability insurance contracts, known as the claim handling agreement, highlighting its centrality and stigmatising the practices that attempt to empty it of meaning, also through violations of mandatory rules such as Article 1917, third paragraph of the Civil Code, despite the constant reminders of the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court.
