The black robe

Covid-19 emergency and speculations regarding claims for compensation introduced the theme of special legislation providing no liability for any hospital or doctor for injuries or death suffered by patients during this period. The author does not believe in special laws but feels the need both to take charge of the psychological traumas of health workers as a real potential source of conflict and to improve the awareness of lawyer’s role in pursuing justice through competence and humanity.
